Where the project suits it, we build using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), a Modern Method of Construction where wall, roof and floor panels are manufactured off site, then delivered and assembled on your plot. That means less exposure to weather delays, tighter quality control than a traditional site build allows, and a faster construction programme.

SIPs also perform well on thermal efficiency. The insulation is built into the panel itself rather than added afterward, so a SIP-built home typically needs less energy to heat and cool. That means lower running costs for you and a smaller carbon footprint for the build.
