At BetterLivingSpace we enjoy a strong track record of gaining planning approval for our architectural designs and we maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of Local Authority Planning Departments.

 

Our aim is to remove the stress from the planning application process. During the architectural design phase we submit a Pre-Planning Application to your Local Authority Planning Department to gather very top level feedback on our proposed approach. This helps smooth the path ahead and gain a favourable outcome.

Following feedback from the Pre-Planning Application we either progress our concept designs, or we produce final design drawings, which are then formally submitted for Planning Approval.

BetterLivingSpace also manages the Building Control process and your assigned structural engineer will liaise on your behalf with your Local Authority Building Control department.
