Farnborough Airport has designated Public Safety Zones at either end of its runway, areas where development can be restricted under Department for Transport policy. If your property sits within or near one of these zones, it can affect what’s achievable for an extension or new build. We check a property’s position relative to these zones early in the process, alongside the usual conservation area and tree protection checks, so your design is realistic from the outset rather than running into problems at submission.
